The terms that apply to our website, bookings and services.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Golden Butte website and the booking of rooms, dining, events and other services at Golden Butte Hotel & Resort, 6045 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Golden Butte is operated by Golden Butte Hospitality Inc.

2. Bookings and reservations

A booking is a request to reserve a room or service. Your reservation is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Room rates start at C$189 per night and vary by season and availability.

3. Rates, payment and cancellation

  • Fully flexible: free cancellation or changes up to 48 hours before the day of arrival.
  • Best price (non-refundable): changes and cancellation are not possible and the full reservation value is due.
  • Groups: separate rates and cancellation terms apply and are confirmed in writing.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be available on request and may carry a charge. A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in.

5. Guests and conduct

Guests are asked to treat our team, other guests and our property with respect. We may refuse service or end a stay where behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive to others.

6. Casino entertainment area

Our on-site casino entertainment area is reserved for guests aged 19 and over. Access is on-site only; no gaming takes place through this website. Please see our Responsible Gaming page for support information.

7. Liability

We take great care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Golden Butte is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ontario.
